ABOUT
I was first introduced to yoga as a child through the legacy of my grandmother’s daily practice. Yoga, amongst other eastern philosophies, has always been embedded in the fabric of the family . My mother who is a memory therapist was trained as an esoteric Buddhist monk for 30 years, as was her own mother. These various discourses have been a bedrock of influence which initially led me train towards my Fine Arts Degree at University.
After 12 years of yoga practice, I completed the 200 YTT in Rishikesh, India under the tutelage of world renowned teacher yogi Vishvketu in the holistic Hatha Akhanda® method at the World Conscious Family Ashram. I continue my investigation into the healing powers of yoga, and particularly meditation, by incorporating a regular Sadhana practice. I stay inspired by following a broad range of teachings: from Amma, Mooji, Sadghuru, BKS Iyengar, Georg Feuerstein, Swami Vivekananda, Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Rod Stryker, Tara Brach, Ram Dass, Tara Judelle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Peter Levine and Caroline Myss to name a few.
My training in bodywork influences my teaching greatly. I hold foundational training at the London School of Osteopathy, Craniosacral Therapy Levels 1 & 2 from the Move On Center in Nepal, a certified ITEC Sports and Massage Diploma. I work as a Memory Therapist.
I live and work in a traditional Swedish house just outside Stockholm, Sweden. I practice here in the presence of many spring flowers and animals living with my daughter and partner. Here, I hold private sessions, online classes and courses.
